Pajama Pants!

It's hard to believe that it's almost time for warm pajamas again! My daughter (almost twelve) has been wanting some pajama pants that aren't girly for like, her entire life. She's just not a pink, purple or sparkly kinda gal. :) I can respect that! She found this lizard patterned material at Jo-Ann's that she liked, so we decided to try to make her some comfy jammies.

We used this Butterwick See & Sew pattern 4006 for these pants. They were super easy and went together in a couple of hours. I think it would have been faster, except I accidently made the pants with only one big leg at first. Lesson learned: pants have two legs! ;-) After lots of stitch ripping and kicking myself, I finally got it right. She looks super cute in them!

Be blessed,
Amy

Very cute pants! I would love to learn to sew...that is something on my "to do" list. First it would probably be a good idea to get a sewing machine!

Great Job! Take care,
Angie

Great job! I like Angie, wish I knew how to sew. Maybe someday.
