Well, my kiddos and I stamped all day today! We had a lot of fun together and everyone made some cute cards I think. :) Here are a few of mine.

Oh, how I dislike making sympathy cards! Some of our friends had a grandparent pass away this week, so this card was made with them in mind. I actually used a card sketch from SmArtworks. Here's a link to one of the designer's sketches. - Matthew 5:4 stamp by Stampabilities
- paper by My Mind's Eye (magnolia again!) brown DCWV cardstock
- Timber Brown Stazon, big brown buttons
And life comes full circle with a baby card! Other friends of ours have recently announced that they are expecting their first child. I wanted to send our congratulations, so here's what I came up with. Colorful huh? I wonder if they'll think I'm wishing triplets on them? LOL
- All stamps by Studio G
- Paper is red DCWV, My Mind's Eye stripe (magnolia)
- Prismacolors, mineral spirits, Crystal Stickles, yellow eyelets
In other crafty news, I'm still plugging away on my afghan. I finshed one square last night at a mom's night out at a friend's house. Plus, I finally received my invite to Ravelry! I was so excited! I only had to wait about two weeks, so that wasn't as bad as I thought. The patterns there are just amazing, and I'm lining up projects one after the other. That's probably not a good thing, huh? LOL
